Start on the Build Anything homepage by describing what you want to build — a website, app, platform, automation, or AI-powered system. You can use a working project name or a temporary label if you are not ready to share the final name.

Answer a short series of guided questions tailored to your project. AI may help generate contextual questions based on your idea. Your answers shape the direction of the initial brief.

Zapa generates an initial project brief from your idea and answers. This includes suggested build type, core features, approach, and indicative timeline and budget ranges.

The AI brief is guidance only — not a final quote, contract, or guaranteed delivery plan.

If you choose to proceed, submit your contact details alongside the brief. Zapa receives your enquiry for review. This does not automatically book a call, take payment, or create a committed delivery schedule.

A Zapa team member reviews your brief and contact details. We may follow up with clarification questions or suggest a discovery conversation if that would help — nothing is scheduled until you confirm next steps.

Final scope, pricing, and timeline are confirmed after human review and any agreed discovery — not from the AI-generated brief alone. Indicative ranges on the initial brief are early guidance only.

Once scope and terms are agreed, Zapa plans, builds, and tests your product — whether that is a website, web app, automation, AI system, or internal tool. Delivery approach depends on the agreed scope.

On launch, we hand over the agreed deliverables, documentation, and access as scoped. Optional ongoing support or future phases can be discussed separately.
